Inventory control
Use PccData ICP to keep track of your inventory products. You can
keep your products organized into separate groups of related products.

Purchase Orders
You can create multiple Purchase Orders from vendors and suppliers.
When orders are received from vendors and suppliers, you can update the
inventory with the items you receive on a real-time basis.
Vendor management
Keep track of vendors, vendor addresses, email and contacts. Vendors
may be assigned to a particular inventory item as the primary vendor.
Job management (work orders)
Jobs are work orders for the service management of individual
projects such as a manufacturing project for a customer, or for retail
sale. For example, a yacht building company uses PccData Job work orders to keep track of all
inventory and service items incorporated into a yacht building project.
Job Template creation and management
Job Templates are recurring Jobs stored as a Job Template. When you
have recurring Jobs that have hundreds, or thousands, of individual
components and services, use a Job Template instead of entering the
components and services manually for each new Job. For example, if you
are a yacht
building company building 50 similar yachts, each with particular
customizations, you can create a single Job Template that applies to all 50
yachts. There is no limit to the number of Job Templates.
Customer management
Keep track of customers, customers addresses, email and
contacts. You also can keep a list of non-inventory items that a
customer supplies for a project (customer supplied parts).

What do I need to use PccData ICP?
PccData ICP requires Microsoft Access 2000 or Access 2002/XP running under
Microsoft Windows 98® or a later
version of Microsoft Windows. It also requires the latest version of
Windows Common Controls. Most Windows systems already have
Windows Common Controls installed. It is available from Microsoft and is included with the latest Microsoft
Internet Explorer WEB Browser which is FREE as of April, 2002.
