A job (work order) is an ongoing project for a customer, or a project item that will be delivered or sold later by your company.

When inventory product items are added to a Job, the inventory is updated. Items may be pulled directly from inventory, or committed from inventory. Committed Job items update the inventory only when the Job is completed.

A Job Template can be added to a Job at any time. A Job Template is a package of Job product items and services that will be used over and over.
